Late Policy

15 min grace period, if arrive more than 15 min late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment 

CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING 

All appointments must be canceled 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel less than 24 hours notice you will have a 50% charge of the service total that will be required to book an additional appointment.
